This aerospace standard is based on the ISO 9001:2000 quality system requirements. AS9100 is the international management system standard for the Aircraft, Space and Defense (AS&D) industry. AS9100 also addresses civil & military aviation requirements and has been accepted by all major aerospace regulators, including: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

Please supply manufacturer’s and/or company COC with parts.
Notice of FAA authority to review supplier’s facility, parts and services, as necessary, to establish conformity to the approved design data. You may be subjected to FAA surveillance.
Supplier shall keep applicable quality management system records, and shall at all reasonable times including the period of manufacture, allow Avionics Support Group, Inc., their customer and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and all applicable records. Records shall be kept complete and available to Avionics Support Group, Inc. during the performance of this purchase order and to the duration of any applicable warranties.
Notify Avionics Support Group, Inc. of any nonconformity product, and to obtain an approval for nonconforming product disposition. Any change in product/process, change of supplier, change of manufacturing facility location and, where required, obtain Avionics Support Group Inc., approval, and flow down to the supply chain the applicable requirements including customer requirements.
Supplier shall plan, implement, and control process, appropriate to the organization and the product, for the prevention of counterfeit or suspect counterfeit parts use and their inclusion in product(s) delivered to the customer. Counterfeit part prevention should consider, training of appropriate persons in the awareness and prevention of counterfeit parts, application of a parts obsolescence monitoring program, control of acquiring external provided product from original or authorized manufacturers, authorized distributors, or other sources, monitoring of counterfeit parts reporting from external sources, quarantine and reporting of suspect or detected counterfeit parts. Ensuring that persons are aware of: their contribution to product and service conformity; their contribution to safety; the importance of ethical behavior.
