Avionics Support Group is capable of fabricating any commercial aviation wire harness and installation kit. The kits are designed with the customer and installer in mind, with quality and attention to detail being a priority.  Each item in the kit is environmentally packaged on boards and clearly identified with data corresponding to the “bill of materials” or “engineering order”.

At Avionics Support Group we operate state-of-the-art computerized systems, such as laser wire marking machines, four axis CNC machines and barcode identification system. We also have a full machine shop to fabricate sheet metal parts and assemblies. ASG’s aviation manufacturing capabilities go beyond wire harnesses and installation kits to include but not limited to: structural components and structural analysis, LRU design, electrical distribution and junction box build-up. We can design multiple racking units as shown or build up rack/tray assemblies for the EE bay.
