The Quick Release Mechanism (QRM) allows ASG QR Cases to be quickly mounted / unmounted within the aircraft cockpit. It is designed to mechanically attach to ASG cfMounts, or any other aviation / military mounting solutions via the mounting hales. Placement of the mounting holes allows the QRM to be offset from the center for better tablet position. The QRM quick release is accomplished by the spring-loaded latch, pushing the latch releases the case. Case installation is easy as well, align the case with the QRM, then push to overcome the spring latch. The multitude of case mounting, and unmounting will not prevent the QRM from performing its function, as the QRM is made of aluminum, providing a rugged and long-lasting aviation and military use device.
